Authorisation & Capture
The Authorisation & Capture feature allows merchants to authorise a payment at the time of the sales order and confirm (capture) the payment at a later time. You can perform this function through the virtual terminal or through their own payment page. You can capture either partial or full amount, or void previous authorisations
This feature is useful where there is a delayed order fulfillment process, for example, online hotel bookings that are only finalised upon checkout of the guest.
